TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

General

• As the artist I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
• My artwork can not be used in NFT or blockchain technology in any way, commissioned or otherwise.
• My artwork can not be used to train artificial intelligence in any way, commissioned or otherwise.

Payment

• Payment prices are listed in USD.
• Once a commission is accepted I will ask for full payment upfront through PayPal.
• Prices on commissions may vary from the examples listed here due to complexity and detail in the illustration, I will discuss this with the client before payment.

Process

• I will begin to sketch the commission only after the full payment is sent.
• Once the sketch is done I will ask for approval from the client before continuing.
• At this stage the client may ask for edits or a different approach to the commission (another sketch) before the sketch is approved.
• Once the Sketch is approved I will work ont the artwork until completion,
